Chocolate Deserts

I dream of velvet layers and melting hearts,

Of spoons sinking into midnight pools,

Whipped clouds that curl around my tongue,

And crumbs that dare me to lick the plate.

There’s laughter in every bite I steal,

A rush of sugar running wild,

Soft whispers of cocoa against my lips,

A dance of sweetness I cannot hide.

I watch it glisten under soft light,

A secret I will not share,

Each taste a promise of something bold,

A moment I want to keep forever there.

It lures me back with gentle sin,

With warmth that drips from every curve,

I close my eyes, the world dissolves,

And I give in to what I deserve.
