Endless Summer Splashes
Bare feet skimmed the cool, blue skin,
A mirrored sky we plunged within.
Shouts and laughter soared so high,
A liquid world where dreams could fly.
Chlorine mist kissed freckled cheeks,
Echoes danced from wall to peak.
Tiny waves, a child’s delight,
Broke the stillness, caught the light.
Cannonballs and daring dives,
Each splash a moment, memory thrives.
Water clung like second skin,
Where carefree hearts could leap and spin.
The sun played games, its rays refract,
Rainbows crowned each simple act.
In that pool, no age, no rules,
Just endless summers, eternal jewels.
Years may pass, the echoes fade,
But ripples linger, gently made.
The pool’s embrace, a tender balm,
A world of chaos turned to calm.
