Chasing the essence of you
An acrostic poem about the silent nights that come with mourning.
By Rae JanneyPublished about a year ago • 1 min read

Sometimes
I
Listen for an
Echo of your voice.
Night fades to day, and I can only hold onto your pillow,
Clinging to the memories and the
Essence of you.
