Life begins as a blank canvas,
Inviting us to dream.
We're born with the rainbow inside us,
The entire spectrum of colors brightly gleam.
*BOOM* A burst of white light emerges,
Neurons start to fire.
The world around us takes shape,
We strive to achieve our heart's desire.
We get caught up in the minutia,
Allured with money, status, material things.
All the while forgetting the pure joy that our rainbow brings.
*CRASH* Lightning strikes, storm clouds appear.
The sky becomes charcoal, the future feels unclear.
In times of darkness, uncertainty, and doubt,
We must return to the rainbows,
The meaning of life that we cannot live without.
In truth, there's no one quite like you.
The world needs your light, needs your dreams to come true.
For when we believe, the light drives out dark.
*POP* From your soul emerges a bright spark.
Your heart radiates love, your third eye sees.
Your mind understands, your voice agrees.
Your smile shines as brightly as the sun,
With the power of a million stars.
May we all bask in its golden glow.
May we heal our past scars.
