Chartreuse is summer

Chartreuse is my memory of this summers day ~

Rolling green hills amidst the yellow sunlight ~

A family's delight suspended in laughter gay ~

Children happily screaming waving with delight ~

Little hands reaching outwards through tiny window ~

As Recreation Vehicle traverse myriad twists and turns ~

Each scenery more beautiful than the previous winnow ~

Such joy to watch summer's youth delight in vacation earned ~

Little moments captured in time, which are never forgotten ~

Embedded in memory, indelibly inscribed and etched eternal ~

So a wonderful day passes, with enjoyment and Au Gratin ~

Foods of delight, sun, fun, rest, relaxation and joy ephemeral ~

Finally a dip in a calming relaxing and iridescent tiny river of blue ~

Ends an unforgettable day of being with family with a love so true ~
