Charlie Brown Christmas

An Acrostic Poem

Can you remember

How it felt to lose all the time, to be

A loser with a heart, who gets a

Running start, and at top speed kicks, misses the ball which is not there?

Lucy snatched it away, now you’re spinning in the air, smack on your back

Isn’t it peculiar how some traditions fade…fade to black?

Everyone laughed and laughed when you

Brought in your tree — Oh, you’re stupid and dumb, then you try the

Red ornament for the win

Oh, I killed it, and I’m a loser again, and

What is the point of it all? And this is when

Nostalgia

Calls

Having

Readied

Itself

So

That

Memories

Are

Supersensory
