Daily distractions can guide you in ways of focusing better.

Including beautiful sounds of a melody.

Sitting in areas with many people around.

Taking walks to a park or village.

Removing you from an area that is hard to focus,

Above all, enjoy life no matter what is around you.

Cleansing your soul, clearing your mind.

The ability can be challenging for many, yet it is possible.

I've been learning as I go; distractions can take your mind off the negative.

Opening your mind to new and different directions.

Noting change can always be good if we allow it.
