Can I have your attention?

I know you don’t wanna hear me right now, but I need for you to listen

Getting older is tricky, lol, sometimes we think we know it all

The imposters, the pitfalls;

there’s no scenario where you would fall.

It’s crazy looking back right now, to a time when I was you.

Bulletproof, invisible; all those things, I felt them too!

One cigarette won’t hurt me; a shot of Henny is ok.

Roll the weed and pass it on, it comes from the earth anyway!

A gateway drug; yeah ok, please quit it with the drama

I’m out here tryna chill; right now I don’t need you mama

Mmmm, I once spoke those same words:

and come to find out, they weren’t really true.

At the end of this here mile you’ll see, you’re walking in my same shoes

I’m just here to warn you, so all your bridges you don’t burn

I’ll be your cautionary story; it’s all worth it if you learn.
