Catch Stars

When They're Falling

A sole wish

Made on a summer's dream

Crashed, before it could feel

The endless bliss of star fields

.

One more night of calling

For Apollo to bless me

With the rays of sunshine,

So I can see the sun come

So I can see the sky go,

To know that tomorrow,

Later is a moment

Spend in conscious living.

.

More than I thought of.

A moment stored, and thriving,

In a growing memory of continuing to walk on.

.

When the stars come falling, feeling like they're over,

I won't let them come down

Lighting the night in passion

With no witness to the dying embers, burning.

.

Mini suns of wonder.

Blessed with golden sunlight,

Keep them from crashin'

Hold them close and try them

The summer dream that never died away.
