Cancer has spread

A is for an appointment with the doctor,

B is for the both of us waiting with a lot of nerves,

C is for the come in we say as there is a knock on the door,

D is for the doctor who slowly coming in with the test results

E is for the results results that are being told to us,

F is for the frowns on our faces as we hear the words that Cancer has spread,

G is for the gloomy news that we just heard from the doctor we have been with for almost 9 years,

H is hoping there is something more that can be done in his treatment of Cancer,

I is for I start to cry and have to leave the room,

J is just don't know how much he can take with this Cancer,

K is for kicking this cancer for almost 9 years,

M is for medicine that will have bad side effects,

N is for the no that comes out of my husband's mouth,

O is opening the door so we can talk it over,

P is Patience that we don't have anymore,

Q is for questions that talked with the doctor as he came back into the room,

R is relaxing a bit as the doctor answers the questions that we have,

S is sitting there and listening to the answer that we are told,

T is test didn't detect the new Cancer,

U is unsure what to do now,

V is the vomiting in the sink in front of them as I got sick,

W is waiting outside the room with the nurse keeping an eye on me,

X is the xrays that have to be done to see where the Cancer moved to,

Y is a yellow dye that must go into the body for detection of the Cancer,

Z is for the z pac of medicine that he must take because of UTI.
