donated to the cancer fight
a disease that's fought
so hard to right.
Its pages full
of hope and joy
meant to uplift
and brighten
those who need it
the most,
will make you feel
spontaneous
and real.
The poems offer
a moment's peace,
to those who
battle disease,
and in their minds,
they're free to roam,
With a donated book
that feels like home.
