It's kind of scary since the human mind and spirit may want to give up but the cancerous cells of the body could in turn be immortal. Imagine having a kind of cancer that forced You to live well past Your peers and even potential children and grandchildren. Something that forcibly keeps us alive, since it fears death more than us. Still, cancer is incredibly dark. It sapped a lot of willpower and energy out of my grandmother. I'm still glad she's alive and kicking. It's scary how she many odds she had to combat.
