In the hustle and the hurry,

Life is often just a blur,

With the rush and constant scurry,

Moments pass in a whirr.

Alarm clocks ring with morning light,

A whirlwind day begins anew,

Emails, meetings, tasks to fight,

A never-ending to-do.

We chase the hours, we chase the days,

Through deadlines that won’t wait,

In this frantic, hurried maze,

We try to navigate.

Phones are buzzing, screens alight,

The world demands our time,

Yet in the noise, we lose the sight,

Of simple joys, sublime.

A cup of tea, a quiet walk,

A laugh with friends so dear,

The chance to pause, to sit and talk,

To hold those moments near.

Busy lives can often steal,

The treasures small and sweet,

So let’s slow down and truly feel,

The earth beneath our feet.

For life’s not in the rush alone,

But in the moments slow,

Where love and peace and joy are known,

In the gentle, quiet flow.

So take a breath, enjoy the ride,

Amidst the bustling din,

For life's true beauty lies inside,

The calm we find within.
