i’ll never forget how the world left me stranded
i remember begging for a miracle in my life of chaos and panic
i remember being forced to grow up & play the hand i was dealt
i remember being laughed at because my family didn’t have any ounce of wealth
depression and loneliness have been my lifetime friends
i knew that no matter what, i had them to count on when everybody left in the end
i never knew how bad life was until i found out how bad life was
i can count on my hands how many good memories i’ve had in my life
