British Weather
Oh, the skies are gray and dreary,
With clouds that dance and twirl,
Sometimes the sun shines bright and cheery,
And brings a smile to the world.
A drizzle falls, so soft and light,
While puddles form to play,
Then out pops a rainbow, oh what a sight,
To brighten up the day.
The wind may blow with gentle might,
Whispering secrets through the trees,
In British weather, day or night,
There’s beauty in the breeze.
But when the winter's chill draws near,
And snowflakes start to fall,
The world transforms, oh so pure and clear,
A blanket white, enchanting all.
The ice may glisten on the pond,
A sparkling jewel under the sun,
In frosty air, we wander fond,
As laughter echoes, joy begun.
So whether it’s sun, rain, or mist,
Or snowflakes swirling in the night,
Each moment holds its charm, we insist,
In every drop and every light.
