Anxiety grips me, I can't ignore,
The thoughts that race and make me feel,
Breathing through the storm, I explore.
In mindfulness, I find what I need,
A way to calm my troubled mind,
Anxiety grips me, I can't ignore.
I breathe in deep and with each breath,
I let go of what's causing strife,
Breathing through the storm, I explore.
With each exhale, I release,
The worries that I've been confined,
Anxiety grips me, I can't ignore.
And as I breathe, I find peace,
A stillness in the heart of the grind,
Breathing through the storm, I explore.
