"Breathing in Air"

Exhaling stress, and worries too

Breath in, air so fresh and free

Filling lungs, with vitality

A scent of blooms, or ocean breeze

Invigorating senses, with ease

With each inhale, new life begins

Oxygenating, every cell within

Exhaling stress, and worries too

Releasing tension, with a sigh or two

In the stillness, we find our peace

As breath in air, our souls release

So let us breathe, with gratitude and grace

And fill our lives, with a sense of space.

And find our calm, in every place

And live our lives, with a peaceful face.

And cherish each breath, with a grateful heart.
