You go girl! I did not know you can hit a bat like the world series πAnyway, I listen to music or walk, that helps with panic attacks. I also have an air purifier, it help with breathing especially at night. Prayers sent your way. Cover yourself with the blood of Jesus ππ½ππ½ππ½
I have way too much in my Anxiety Closet for a flyswatter to be effective at times--that's when a flamethrower could be useful! Still, it's good advice: don't let worries fly too near, breathe deeply, and swing away, Merrill!
