There is a place for meditation.

Not the emptying your mind crap,

but meditation where you focus on Truth;

Focus on the One who Testifies to the Truth.

This is where sustenance truly comes from,

not the air that passes, or the sun that fades.

Air has its proper place,

and so does the sun,

but they don't deserve to be overly elevated.

Without the sun the earth wouldn't survive,

and then neither would we.

Without the air we would all dry up and cease to be.
