At first it stings to hear their name.
Then you’ll question whether you’re ok and sane.
You’ll try to forget when you just want to die.
When all of sudden someone takes the pain.
You’ll lay there emotionless trying to coupe.
Wondering why you’re still trying.
When all of a sudden someone gives you hope.
So stay strong through the pain and all of the anger.
Because you’ll need the will for the people love.
Down the road later.

The Light Turns
It's Tuesday 7:13 a.m. A cold and clear November morning awaits Ray on his morning commute. Ray rubs his hands together in the front seat of his Subaru. He turns the air temperature up, but keeps the air on low until the air warms up. He looks at the backup camera screen and reverses the Subaru out of his driveway onto Trimble Road.
