Time slips through the hourglass

Look closely

As your life passes you by

Now is your time to die

The stairs fall

You start to walk slow

The electricity stalls

Leaving you with nowhere to go

Breaking the glass

Is lifting the curse

Breaking the glass

Is never your worst

(Breaking the glass)

Breaking the glass

Is easier said than done

One false move and you get spun

With the weight of the world on your shoulders

The sun is out

Your last days are near

With the swift blade of the knife

You shed your final tear

Breaking the glass

Is lifting the curse

Breaking the glass

Is never your worst

(Breaking the glass)
