Blue Mars

I Hate Red

Why are we planning to go to I-hate-red Mars?

We have pressing issues here on pale blue dot Earth.

I love blue, methinks it is in my genes’ memoirs.

I remember the blue of the sky since my birth.

We evolved to live around blue and green, not red.

Our bodies cannot bear gravity in outworld

For any lengthy period of time, or dead

Whether in space above close by or more outward.

Climate change and tree life are much more momentous,

As are ocean currents and every snowy peak.

Let us learn to come to be much less portentous!

If we neglect our world, its future is but bleak.

Mars should be prospected with the help of AI.

It will be smarter and not require a goodbye.
