Will he perceive her as more than a shadow in the twilight?
Will he see her as a moonflower opening to the night?
Will he place her in a pot on a windowsill and claim she’s unique?
Or will he sow her in a field?
Will he tend to her with care,
crafting a haven for her roots?
Will he allow her to flourish and radiate?
And no matter where she finds herself,
will she embrace her own blossoming?
