Bloomfade

Love's paradox

By Yasmine LagrasPublished 10 months ago β€’ 1 min read

In his serene beauty, I lose my breath,

A glimpse of heaven, yet a taste of death.

With every look, I bloom and fade,

Blossomed in hope, yet withered in shade.

Each glance, a spark of paradise,

Yet hellish truth in every sigh.

Lost in beauty, I'm trapped in despair,

Knowing he's a dream, forever elsewhere.
