Blood-Colored Flowing Rainbow

They held me down and hurting me slowly,

I cried and screamed,

Fought and wrenched,

But nobody came running with blood flowing,

Running to my aid not even a band-aid,

A rescue please,

Became a silent cry unmet,

Silenced my soul almost to the afterlife in the turmoil of aftermath,

But then almost suddenly,

Awakened my fight the warrior in me,

Called out from a deeper place focused only to survive in me,

Seeking never to be seen,

But survived to be resiliently speaking,

Everyday impressively living,

Only to hear that my identity is broken,

Leave me be in royal purple,

Queen decked jewel me,

Not the color purple,

Broken pieces building me,

Recycled from violence to the divine,

The blood flowing colored me gold,

Dashed against rainbow flowing,

Sparkled girl dancing woman whirls laughing,

See a precious princess survived hidden to rule,

I made it coloring this world with my pilate true from me,

Blood-colored flowing rainbow,

Survivor challenge.
