Blank yet Beautiful

Blank yet Beautiful

A blank white canvas,

A blank sheet of paper,

nothing but white.

But when the colors start to wonder,

or when the words start to flow,

then and only then will it not be blank,

and from start to finish it will be beautiful.

And to think it started off as white as snow until imagination took over.

When the last colorful stroke leaves the Artist's brush

or the last inked word leaves the Author's pen

Even when the colors are dull and faded,

Even if the words are no longer legible,

it will still be beautiful,

Beautiful yet Blank .
