The Void

I feel so empty all the time.

Like there's a hole that can't be filled.

The void is getting bigger.

I just want some peace.

Eternal slumber and endless darkness.

A soulless body walking around.

Shuffling through life on an empty tank.

Blank stares through bloodshot eyes.

There's nothing left deep inside.

I think I'm going to explode.

Or maybe I'll implode.

My mind is collapsing in on itself.

I'm fighting a hopeless battle.

I'm losing this war.
