Black is All the Colors - By Poppy Seed
If you put every colour that exists on earth
Into a pot for what its worth
Black is the outcome the rich reward
When all that you are is outpoured.
Like the black poppy seed is quintessential
with its maximum growth potential.
The black bird’s voice is as strong
As the resounding swan-song.
Black eclipses and defines the Light
Like inclusivity on Human Rights.
Back to beginnings, and at the end
Alpha and Omega indelible friend
A mark that ticks, and credits good
A finish line overstood
Black is not a country, and like no other
Black is inclusive of All colours.
