At any time, learn to calm yourself down.
No need to tell others how sad or kind you are.
How lucky you are to learn to interpret everything you experience calmly.
I am so tired; I have to smile when I am in a bad mood.
You need to spend more energy to control your emotions and force yourself to smile.
Your tiredness is not due to being busy, but to excessive emotional labor.
Just because you say you are tired doesn’t mean others can help you reduce the burden.
Just because you share your joy doesn’t mean others will sincerely bless you.
Life is a journey of self-cultivation.
Many roads require people to walk on their own.
Experience it yourself and digest it yourself.
Movement and stillness are both normal in life. Stillness can bring wisdom.
Only then can we see clearly, but in reality, it is really good to calm down.
Find out what you need most and then find your goal.
Spend your time and energy on important things.
Silently accumulate strength, get out of trouble, and change your mindset,
So that life can still continue to function.
Find ways to keep your body and mind in balance.
Life will find a way out. There are policies from above and countermeasures from below.
It’s the way to survive.
