Often, it's not that you don't want to let go, but that you can't, because the relationship hasn't reached its natural end. Don’t rush or force yourself to find an answer. Deep down, you know you should leave, but your body won't budge.

That is because you haven't truly seen yourself yet. The pain you can't let go of is actually a reminder that there is still a part of you that needs to grow. When you start taking responsibility for yourself and your emotions—focusing your energy on becoming a more stable version of yourself—your inner strength will gradually increase. In time, life will naturally leave you with the right people, things, and experiences.
