Beyond Blame: A Journey of Self-Discovery
Ahsan Ahmad

In life's grand theatre, we play our part,
Holding dreams and hopes close to our heart.
Yet often we stumble, we falter, we fall,
Expecting too much, from one and from all.
Not in the stars, nor in the skies so wide,
But in our own minds, where expectations hide.
Blame not the ones who let you down,
For it's your own hopes that wear the crown.
We cast our nets with threads so fine,
Expecting gold, but sometimes find twine.
It's not the fault of those who miss,
But ours, for placing faith in a kiss.
The world is vast, with hearts so diverse,
Not every soul can sing your verse.
Adjust your sails, reset your aim,
Understand the truth of this human game.
In every heart, there lies a flame,
Burning bright, yet never the same.
Some will glow with warmth and light,
Others might flicker, dim in the night.
But blame not the flame for being weak,
Nor the wind for being too meek.
Instead, look within, where strength resides,
In your spirit, where courage abides.
Let go of the weight, the heavy chain,
Of expecting others to heal your pain.
For in your hands, the power lies,
To soar above, to reach the skies.
Forgive the faults, the slips, the falls,
Embrace your journey, heed your calls.
For every step, though rough it may be,
Is a lesson learned, setting you free.
So stand tall, with heart aglow,
Let your inner wisdom show.
Blame not the world, for what it lacks,
But find your path, and stay on track.
In the dance of life, with its ups and downs,
Wear your triumphs and your crowns.
For you are the master, the captain, the guide,
In your strength and grace, let your spirit ride.
