oxygen depleted
lungs defeated
sunset secreted
seemingly out of nowhere

a soft Orchid bloomed inside the clouds
which suddenly burst into a Cherry Blossom shroud
#F2BDCD to #FFB7C5, a transition not too loud
until Rose shocked the air

#ED7A9B lay waste to all that was within my vision:
both the road and my skin
were covered in a color I can only describe as akin
to passionate well-fare

a violent sort of peace
like the strained release
of breathe from running without cease
towards a sunset that commands your stare
