Being of Light

Aurora’s early rays

Illusive illuminations

Tantalize

The aqueous surface

Dripping in dazzling

Effusions of lumens

Motionlessly pierce

The refractory fluid

Waves of luminous particles

Flowing electromagnetically

Diving through glassy

Mirror shine

Caustics caressing

Fins sublime

My effervescent soul

Billows–

Across the azure bounty

Drowning in crashing slivers

Of shattering gossamer winters

Sending silver shivers

Rippling across the

Spectral expanse

Washing my colors away

As they diffuse

Bathing me in the

Cashmere breath of the

Ocean’s depths

Melifluous gasping

Assimilates my sparkling

Radiance, drifting in

Diaphanous layers

Gleaming from eternal

Ricochets beaming

A celestial miracle

Dualistic waves

Shorten

Peaks and troughs deepen

Particles

Mixing, melding, flowing

Infinite smattering

A radiant scattering

I settle, kissing coral

On the lively sea floor

Stripped to a deep navy blue
