I might smile and smile and smirk
React with dignity and respect
But behind my eyes I see what you are
I know what you did
I stay professional to all, I just play along
But I am still waiting for now
And you there will be cost for your deeds
I have not forgotten but wearing my mask
I gave you everything and you threw it away
Maybe life will get to you just as I watch
I will hide away and just not care
Just keep on going in your corrupt ways
As I appear so nice and treat you with respect
As I hide behind my mask

I enjoy writing for fun. I like to write for several genres including fantasy, poetry, and dystopian, but I am open to trying other genres too. It has been a source of stress relief from my busy life.
