Cardiac, no arrest, I see right through your open heart. I know the blood that leaks out of your broken heart.

Painful memories in waves and flashes, but I’m here to let you know there’s beauty in your ashes.

No one threw you a bone, they only beat you with it, but that doesn’t mean that you’re defeated with it.

You were stabbed in the back, they left you with a wound, you’re not dead even though they left you in a tomb.

Craving an ideal love, it’s what you lust again. But you’re in limbo, afraid to ever trust again.

All you see is rejection and when they shot you down. Struggling to get up from where they knocked you down.

Everyday you tell yourself they should be sad for me. I’m just a hopeless case, only a sad story.

This is only the sad part of your life story. Happiness is the epilogue of your life glory.

You can breathe again, you should believe again that a beautiful life is what you’ll achieve again.

The brokenness of this world is not above you. Never forget that you have people who love you.

Whenever you see all the doubt on top, be a reminder to yourself to come out on top.
