Although the challenges
we face in life
can seem overwhelming,
always remember
that we have ‘Power’ over such challenges,
both mentally and physically.
We can either
change the ‘situation’
or
change how we view it.
It is true
that some things we can do nothing about
but
with a strong and positive mindset,
we can Control what we personally do and think.
Being happy
does not always come
from external circumstances,
but very often
comes from within ourselves
and our outlook on life.
Actively create a life of self-worth,
especially when we have peace in our lives.
You will be Strong.
