You cannot force someone to be better
But you can ask
You shouldn’t expect them to be
Because they may not be up to the task
If you find yourself making excuses
You must act
Either try to speak with them
Or leave and never look back
Because it’s not just your expectations
That are at risk
But also the waves of how you feel
Reflected in their optic disc
You will hurt them As they hurt you
And you will spiral
As they will too
So find your equals
And let the others go
Or your perspective
Will cause you nothing but woe
