We can endure if we put our minds to it. --Michelle Liew

Battered trees endure,
Rushing wind now carves the trunk
Gentle breeze shapes bark.
************************************************
Yet the leaves remain
Bend and dance with passing winds
Unyielding---and not torn.

You know I love the nature poems! Beautiful😍
So powerful! Unyielding is such an impactful word, indeed.
That was extremely powerful! Loved your poem!
<3 Lovely
The way you captured the resilience and silent strength of nature, even in the face of harshness, really resonated with me. I particularly loved the imagery of the trees weathering storms and standing firm, a metaphor that I found powerful. Your choice of words and structure helped me connect with the themes of endurance and quiet perseverance. It’s an incredibly relatable message, especially in times where we face our own struggles and continue to push forward. Thank you for sharing this. I look forward to reading more of your work!
