To write it all on the wall, see what falls away.
Focus on the parts that hold fast, while the rest all disintegrates.
Where did you go in case you never return? I can send a post card from my cave somewhere on a mountain, because you realize that the solitude is more grand and bliss filled than the chaos.
But the chaos is what makes the solitude so much more worthwhile. Some of both then, in good measure, is what the doctor ordered.
