Bad choices, we've all made a few,
Mistakes that linger, and feelings that ensue.
They haunt us, like shadows, in the night,
And leave us, with regrets, of what was right.
We second-guess, and wonder why,
We took that path, that led us astray.
And though the road, may seem so rough,
There's always a chance, to make it enough.
For every bad choice, there's a lesson learned,
And a chance, to make a better choice, in return.
To grow, and to heal, from what's been done,
And to find, a brighter future, that's yet to come.
So let's not dwell, on our bad decisions,
But use them, as a chance, for growth and revision.
For a bad choice, doesn't define us, as a whole,
But is a step, towards a brighter future, that unfolds.
