In Lucknow’s winter, cold winds blow,

A time to let Ayurveda flow.

Ancient whispers of life and lore,

Guide each heart, from core to core.

From Sanskrit roots, “Ayur” and “Veda,”

Life and knowledge woven as he’d say.

For thousands of years, this healing art,

Keeps body, mind, and spirit a part.

Through Charaka’s texts and Sushruta's hand,

A balanced life we understand.

In doshas, fire, and subtle force,

We find our strength, our guiding course.

As winter comes, warm foods abound,

Ghee, ginger, spices all around.

Khichdi stews and Paya broth,

Shield the body from winter's froth.

Massage with oils, warm and strong,

To keep the Vata from going wrong.

The touch of Mahanarayan’s grace,

Brings heat to skin, an inner space.

And steam with herbs, a gentle way,

To breathe anew at the break of day.

With eucalyptus, neem, and rose,

The air uplifts and tension goes.

Yoga flows like rivers here,

Through winter chills, the warmth is near.

In Lucknow’s halls, the practice grows,

With poses soft and calm repose.

To cleanse within, we turn anew,

To herbal teas and detoxes too.

Tulsi, ginger, Ashwagandha's might,

For health and strength through winter’s bite.

In rituals grand and subtle signs,

Lucknow’s soul through Ayurveda shines.

A time for balance, peace, and ease,

For ancient wisdom, life, and peace.
