Avoid Scents, or Sufferings are Waiting!

Be kind on yourself and the kids

With heavy heart,

I have to say,

aware people have no place

in this temptation-driven

chemical-choked world.

Let me share,

what I mean,

I send my kid to school

so she can learn,

but she comes back

sits on my lap,

scent on her clothes and hair.

The aerosol circulating,

in the classroom air,

makes way through

her nostrils into the lungs,

smears on her skin.

The immune system

gets provoked,

body getting inflamed.

My sensitive windpipe,

tightens sensing threat,

and I feel uneasy too.

I hate this scenario,

it's what I call, lose-lose.

Why are we

acting so dumb?

We are not happy,

with fresh air,

so we mix it with chemicals!

We see avalanches of diseases,

but refuse to understand,

the hidden links.

Nobody reads research papers,

and sets body on fire,

cancer is blamed,

as if it was not invited,

people attend a funeral,

and say, "Gone too soon.”

If we act blind, to the needs of

our immune system,

it will be the fate.

I pity all, but mostly

me and my kids

who do not add to the trouble,

even an ounce,

yet still suffer the hell.

Embrace good judgement,

dear readers,

banish the artificial scents,

healthcare does not

need chemical grooming,

heed it, act disciplined,

or around the corner.

waits lifelong suffering.
