Autumn Breeze

The tenderness of the mandolin and the scent of cinnamon bring back memories of the first day

Photo by A.Petrovski (Me and My Mandolin)

It came like an autumn breeze, gently caressing my golden locks,

the scent of cinnamon reminded me of the first day,

the day was warm, filled with joy and tenderness.

The sound of the mandolin softened my long-frozen heart.

Ah, those strings, trembling in the heart,

it is reflecting all the memories of the first day.

It came... and stayed,

like an autumn dream, filling each note with peace and love.

All the winds carry your name,

all the hues of the setting sun reveal your face,

and in silence, with just a whisper,

I hear the words of love that no longer remain silent.

The tenderness of your gaze is like dawn spreading over the mornings,

and in every ray, in every note, my world feels you.

* This poem is inspired by the gentle moments brought by autumn, filled with the scent of cinnamon and the sounds of the mandolin. Sounds and memories intertwine into emotions deeply etched in the heart. I hope you feel the peace and love through my verses and the photo, where the mandolin becomes a symbol of the emotions I carry within.

Between the words, there is harmony and love. A very warm and emotional poem. One of the truest I have read on Vocal. Well done!
