Autumn

Apples and Auroras

An apple

angled against

an aspen arm.

*

Autumn’s auroras

actualized among

an afterglow.

*

Amber air, adrift against

angels, ascending as

air alights along

an auburn atmosphere,

ablaze.

*

Amaranth antipodes

ascribed against

aubergine

afterlight (as

Aztecs annually

apotheosized).

*

As always, autumn arrives

against an

arrogant

Anthropocene age,

avenging an

Arcadia,

as authoritative as

Achilles, and as

aloof

as Andromeda

adrift.

*

Autumn’s astral auras

animate altostratus arcs,

as, again, artists ask

ageless analyses, as answers are

abstruse,

*

and autumn affirms

all auroras are

as anagogic as

*

an apple, angled against

an aspen

arm.

This was such a beautiful Tautgram! I am surprised at how magnificently you built this, all with just the letter A. Nicely done, Steve!
