Atlantica Eats a Burger

A Poem

Nightcafe creation

One evening, at a beach diner called Stu’s

Atlantica came in fresh from the ocean

With her eyes of an unusual hue

She had taken a potion

So that she could walk on through

And dance the locomotion

And the twist too

Then she caused quite a commotion

When she sat down at a table for two

For she had decided to follow through on her notion

And order a burger and fries from the menu that was blue

She sat and waited for her order, impatient for the taste explosion

Come near, sit a spell, and listen to tales of old as I sit and rock by my fire. I'll serve you some cocoa and cookies as I tell you of the time long gone by when your Greats-greats once lived.
