Arizona air

by S. C. Ash

By S. C. AshPublished 5 years ago 1 min read

Arizona air opens your lungs in a way you don’t know

is possible when all you’ve known is East of

the Mississippi. The lack of humidity - of

trees and rain dominating the atmosphere - sends

you into a dizzy spell - an oxygen high your body can’t

comprehend - and you don’t care that your lips

are chapped - that your nose is bleeding - you don’t care

about the overbearing heat because at least you’re not

swimming in it - because at least Arizona air doesn’t

stick to your skin like cling wrap to itself.
