April Fool's Day

I stayed in today.

I know it's all in good fun,

but I didn't feel like being tricked.

Pranked.

Misinformed.

Lied to.

Laughed at.

I did not want to celebrate this quirky little day.

I have nothing against it, I just wasn't in the mood.

I did not want to fool or be made the fool.

Just another first day of just another month.
