Apache Indian Love So dear
Sealed long ago by the moon and stars

Apache Indian Love So dear
Two Apache Indians fell in love
On a beautiful summer’s night.
They sat there by the riverside,
Just holding each other tight.
The moonlight kissed the river’s edge,
A glowing trail, a silver pledge.
The night was theirs, the stars aglow,
As whispers stirred the winds below.
With hearts that raced, they dared to dream,
Of battles fought and rivers’ steam.
In their embrace, the world would fade,
As passion’s fire began to blaze.
They spoke in tongues the night could hear,
A language wild, both bold and clear.
The river roared, the trees did bend,
As love became their closest friend.
The earth beneath them hummed in time,
Their spirits soaring, so sublime.
The rhythm of their hearts was strong,
A fiery dance, the night was long.
Their fingers traced the air like fire,
Eyes alive with raw desire.
They laughed, they ran, then tumbled down,
Two souls lost where love is found.
A cry of joy, a sacred vow,
No doubts, no fears, just here and now.
The sky lit up, the stars leaned near.
The future bright, the pathway clear.
By morning light they made their way,
Together strong, come what may.
Still hand in hand ,at the end of life
Just as in love as 50 years ago.
