I stare into the repetitive tiles
The lines blur
The focus falls
And sound fades away
When you won’t see me soon
Your eyes darting away
From a glazed out look
You won’t come near me
The fear that I am gone
Is too strong
I am safely tucked away
Behind a fantasy wall
I am untouchable
No one would dare disrupt
About the Creator
Lisa Pulliam
I love making fun of my emotions, feelings, and thoughts in short form writing such as songs and illustrations. I would like to write longer and more explorative pieces for others to read.
