Anxiety

A tale of…

By In Conspiracy We TrustPublished about a year ago 1 min read

Anxiety

A shadow lingers, just out of sight,

It creeps in silence, beneath the light.

A whisper echoes, soft yet loud,

In crowded rooms, it feels a crowd.

A fluttering heart, a racing mind,

Peace feels distant, hard to find.

Tangled thoughts, a web so tight,

It steals the calmness from the night.

Beneath the skin, it twists, it winds,

A restless force that binds, confines.

Yet still, through breath, a hope remains,

To break the chains, release the reins.

For though it comes with fear and doubt,

The strength within will still reach out.

And in the quiet, though hard to see,

There lies a place where you can be free.
